Description

SF 18 Solicitation N00421-15-T-0310 is issued as an intent to sole source. This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Robert M Hadley Company, under the authority implemented by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The requested items have already been tested and certified for use with existing systems presently installed. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil no later than 4:00pm Eastern, 14-May-2015. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract based upon response to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. All other information is in the attached RFQ.
