NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED ON THE DATE IDENTIFIED BELOW** The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about April 10, 2015. Description: Work includes drilling for potable water and connecting new well to existing electrical and water system. Options include new water pipe, alternate location well drilling connections, and water storage tank connections. There is a base project with three option items. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, materials and any necessary incidentals to accomplish work on this project. Location: Project area includes Clark Spring Campground, Bushytail Campground and Mule Creek Guard Station. Project Area is located in T35N, R8W, SW ¼ of Section 30, off Highway 3, approximately 18 miles north of Weaverville, adjacent to Trinity Lake. Drill site #1 is located in Clark Spring Campground off of Rainier Road and Drill site #2 is located in Bushytail Campground off of Granite Peak Road. Estimated Price Range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than time and date indicated on solicitation. SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM is a consolidation of the former Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and On-line Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) databases. Use of SAM is 100% free via www.sam.gov.
