- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to award a sole source contract to Medtronic for the Drug Coated IN.PACT Peripheral Balloons. The NAICS code is 339113 and the Classification code is 6515. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability packages no later than 12:00 p.m. CDT, May 11, 2015 to yvonne.kittling@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
