Description

WDOL SF-1449 RFQ Athletic Trainer Policies SOW The specifications contained herein are intended to describe the scope and nature of the work required for a Certified Athletic Trainer for the U. S. Coast Guard Academy Club Sports Programs. The Athletic Trainer will provide services during the home Club Sport competitions for the following club sports: Men's and Women's Rugby and Ice Hockey for the period August 01, 2015 through May 2016 with option years. The Certified Athletic Trainer shall provide medical services as a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) and hold current CT State Certifications. The Certified Athletic Trainer shall meet or exceed the industry standards in accordance with established principles, practices and ethics of a certified Athletic Trainer profession. The standards of performance for all employees provided by the contractor shall reflect the degree and care, skill and learning expected of a reasonably prudent health care provider in the Athletic Trainer profession in the State of Connecticut.
