- Construct a concrete apron along the side of Bldg 7101, Base Post Office to provide level surface for handling shipping pallets between the building and exterior conex storage vans. A level surface is required for the maneuvering of personal hand carts and pallet jacks, especially during inclement weather. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Magnitude of Work: Less than $ 25,000. Time for completion is 45 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 14 days is included. Work is to be performed in Romania and contractor must comply with Romanian laws (e.g. authorization to do business in Romania). All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office.
