- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 19 Network Contracting Office (NCO 19), on behalf of Denver VA Medical Center, plans to contract by means of other than full and open competition for the various assortments of Medtronic Drug Coated IN. PACT Peripheral Balloons. The Government intends to award a 5 month Not to Exceed (NTE), sole source contract for this requirement. The NAICS code is 339113 and the Classification code is 6515. The suggested Vendor is Medtronic, Inc., 710 Medtronic Pkwy, Minneapolis, MN 55432. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. This is not a request for quote, however; companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include the technical specification of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. The information submitted will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for considering future requirements. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company, Dun & Bradstreet number, business size, and any other pertinent information that demonstrates firm's ability to meet the above requirement.
