- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) intends to issue Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) VA249-15-R-0379. The VA desires to lease sufficient square footage of existing real property space to yield up to approximately 14,200 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) in Charleston, WV for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). On-site parking for 120 vehicles is required and space must be located within the city of Charleston, WV or South Charleston, WV. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered.
