- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) office of NAS Defense Programs (NDP) is soliciting quotes for recurrent maintenance for Forest Service Road 27 in Pico del Este, Puerto Rico. Recurrent maintenance is defined as routine maintenance work required during a year to keep the road in a safe operating condition and protect the investment. Both work requirements and required frequencies are included. Mandatory Site Visit Potential offerors are required to attend the location for a site visit that is scheduled for April 28, 2015, at 1:00 PM. All potential offerors must contact the contracting officer by April 27, 2015 at 2:00 PM EST, to provide the list of attendees for this meeting. This is a one year contract with an option for four additional one-year extensions. The first period of performance begins the date of award.
