- NSN: 5895-01-300-7905, Panel Indicator Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited on an unrestrictive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD ). The Government will use the policies contained in Part 13.5, Program for certain Commercial items. The solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity: 2 EA Estimated Annual Demand: 6 EA Maximum Annual Contract Quantity : 6 EA The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT : 60 MONTHS DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 MONTHS FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination Delivery: 314 days after receipt of order (DARO) DLA Direct (STOCK) Suppliers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at web portal http://www.sam.gov. This web portal consolidates the capabilities of the Central Contract Registry (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board Systems at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Request for Proposal (RFP)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations".
