- A15PS00507 THIS IS A BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure for Heavy Equipment Rentals for Division of Transportation, Force Accounts Farmington, NM. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A14PS00507, herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80. This acquisition is for a Native American Owned Business Small Business Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C). The NAICS Code is 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing $32.5. Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision and incidentals necessary to provide road construction small equipment rental for a construction project located Cottonwood, Arizona. Equipment shall be utilized on an "AS NEEDED" basis with possible numerous delivery and pick instances. The following equipment shall be rented. Period of Performance is from date of award through September 30, 2015. All rental times shall be coordinated through the construction Manager who will review equipment for adequacy to the work. All Applicable Taxes and Delivery $ ______________ TOTAL $ ______________ Rental of the Equipment may vary depending on work in progress so all deliveries must be coordinated with the Construction Manager. Award will be made at a fair and reasonable price to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the requirements herein will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. CONTRACT CLAUSES: The following clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items.
