- This file will provide a running log of what is placed on FBO concerning the Airborne Warning and Control System Diminishing Manufacturing Sources Replacement of Avionics for Global Operations and Navigation (AWACS DRAGON) Flight Trainer acquisition. We will not only identify the item(s) posted but also what has changed, as applicable. Please note that all documents are to be considered draft until formal Request for Proposals (RFP) release. However, we do encourage your review and comments. This open dialogue between you, our industry partners, and the Government will make for a more streamlined and comprehensive acquisition.
