- F15PS00468 Special Contract Requirement - H.1 ANNUAL ECONOMIC PRICE ADJUSTMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation F15PS00468 issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Bloomington, MN. This procurement action is a small business set aside and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) and incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC2005-80. The anticipated award will be an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Rental Equipment with Operator services for wetland restorations services. Work will be within the Fergus Falls Wetland Management District and includes the counties of Otter Tail, Wilkin and Wadena in the State of Minnesota. Work to be performed includes wetland restoration, repair of wetland restoration and maintenance of water control structures, tree removal, general earth moving and building site burial/cleanup. The term of the contract will be for a base year and two Option Years. The maximum dollar amount for the total performance period of the contract shall not exceed $225,000.00. Multiple awards are anticipated. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a small business size standard of $15.0 million.
