- Solicitation The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD intends to procure on a brand name, full and open, small business set-aside competition basis a quantity of two hundred (200) new, unused, and unaltered LG Philips Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) part number (P/N) LB064V02-TD01 in original new, undamaged, and unaltered LG Philips packaging which will be used in the Cabin Situational Awareness Devices (CSADs); P/N 794HN450-X. Vendors SHALL provide a certificate of conformance upon delivery. This requirement is brand name specific to LG Philips P/N LB064V02-TD01 as this required part will be used in existing assemblies. All quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days upon submission. This requirement is to be Freight on Board (F.O.B) DESTINATION. Any firms believing that they can provide the product may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office on 18 May 2015 at 11:00am EST. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible System for Award Management (SAM) certified sources with a CAGE code may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
