- DE-SOL-0008427 - Grounds Maintenance Services - Request for Quote (RFQ) Grounds maintenance services at the Integrated Support Center - Oak Ridge facilities are performed under the oversight of the Facilities Management Branch as part of the mission of the Facilities, Information, and Reservation Management Division under the Assistant Manager for Administration. Grounds maintenance service is one of several facility management services procured to protect the government?s investment in the facility. In addition, adequate grounds maintenance service enhances worker security and safety by ensuring an open, neat and well-groomed facility appearance. Planters are maintained in strategic locations to enhance facility security without detracting from the overall facility appearance. Plant growth must be controlled around facility perimeters to permit adequate visibility for security inspections. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Total Small Business and the Government intends to award a competitive commercial firm-fixed-price type contract. The NAICS code is 561730 - Landscaping Services, and the size standard is $7,500,000.00. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-81. All Quoters shall view the attached combined synopsis/solicitation for instructions on submitting a quote. The deadline for receipt of quotes is May 18, 2015 by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The Government will accept quotes via FedConnect only. Questions, with the Government?s responses, will be e-mailed to each interested contractor.
