The minimum quantity for the first year is 25 each for both 5820-01-581-7287, V4 RECEIVER-TRANSMITTER. The government does not possess any technical data for these three items. The original manufacturer is Thales Communications, Inc. Interested sources shall provide estimated prices for the five years. In addition, please also furnish your company's technical capability of making all these 3 items. Any interested sources please send information or email for evaluation reply NLT 21 May 2015.
