- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Indiana National Guard (INNG) has a requirement for caging and lockers at Hamlet Armory located 8200 South 300 East, Hamlet, IN 46532. The INNG expects vendors to offer steel shelves or duffle bag lockers. The vendor is required to delivery and installation of their offered product. The sizes and specifications are in the attached document. Diagrams shall not be provided by the Indiana National Guard. Vendor is to provide the materials, labor and equipment to fabricate and install a storage area caging system. The duffle bag lockers shall be constructed to secure item place within it by hasp padlock. Locker shall be stacked and anchored to the concrete floor with wedge anchors. Upon delivery of material, manpower is not provided to off load. Please consider when quoting this project. Site Visit: All vendors are highly encouraged to attend a site visit on 20 May 2015 at 10:30 a.m. EST. Please RSVP via email to eric.j.sweatt.mil@mail.mil by 3:00 on 19 May 2014. This site visit is not mandatory per the following provision: 52.237-1 Site Visit However, no other site visits shall be authorized.
