- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Family Connection services to military families in the Iowa and Illinois Quad City area, in accordance with Performance Work Statement, Attachment 0001. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) W52P1J-15-T-AG04 is issued as full and open competition. The Government anticipates award of a single purchase order. The RFQ will be firm fixed price, in accordance with the provisions and clauses included in Attachment 0002.
