- Statement of Work for DFAP Commodity Management Reveiw Dear Prospective Offeror, The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking a contractor for To conduct a Food Commodity Management Review for the Title II funded Development Food Assistance Program (DFAP) IN Amhara and Tigray Regions. The purpose of this request is to assess and determine Title II commodities approved received by the two DFAP partners in Amhara and Tigray, namely Food for the Hungry (FH), and its sub guarantee organization for Relief and Development in Amhara (ORDA) and Relief Society of Tigray (REST) respectively are managed as per the established standard of USAID and maintain a sufficient internal control system to manage and utilize Title II food resources efficiently. The awardee will be responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please refer to the SOW for a complete description of the objectives, tasks and deliverables. A fixed price Purchase Order will be awarded to one responsible offeror that submits the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
