- This Request for Proposal will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year of three years. The item being procured is a Light Assy, POS., NVG for NSN 1560-01-01-221-0481 Full and Open Competition - Total Small Business Set-Aside procedures apply. The required delivery schedule is 161 days. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 372 each. Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286 the OEM for part number 70553-07004-041. Export and Configuration Control Applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 24 June 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
