- Attachment 1 - Site Buildings and Energy Consumption Data SP060015R0414- JB Charleston, Notice of Opportunity Notice: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy, on behalf of Joint Base Charleston plans to award an ESPC task order using the Department of Energy (DOE) Super ESPC indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts. DLA Energy invites the current 16 ESPC contract holders (herein called ESCO - energy service company) to submit a written response to this Notice of Opportunity (NOO) for DLA Energy's consideration. Only those 16 DOE ESPC awardees are eligible for award. Refer to the attacments for further details.
