- Past performance data Scope of Work Fall Protection System Rev. 2015 Diagram of fall protection systems HQ0034-15-R-0050 Solicitation Instructions to Offerors Past performance data for references Wage Determination 2015 Evaluation Criteria The purpose of this procurement is to correct deficiencies on the Pentagon fall protection system. This requirement will be competed as full and open competition. The solicitation will be awarded as a single award - firm-fixed price contract. The geographic location where the work will be performed will be the Pentagon Reservation, as specified in the scope of work (SOW). All offerors shall be registered on the System for Award Management at www.SAM.gov by the proposal due date. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 -- System for Award Management, contractors must be registered in www.SAM.gov database before a contract can be awarded to your company. Registration may be accomplished at www.SAM.gov. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities web-site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
