The contractor shall be responsible for the m anag e ment, personnel training, operation, scheduled and unscheduled m aintenan c e, and prev e ntive m aint e nance. The contractor s hall u se ap p lica b le Tec h nical Orders (T.O.). If T.O.s are not availa b l e, contract o r shall follow com m ercial m anuals and com m e r c i al recom m endations to the m aximum extent practicable. The contractor shall ensure suffic i ent personnel are e m ployed to m eet the hours of o p erations at all locations throughout the li f e cycle of this anticipated contract. The contractor shall m eet identi f ied response and restoral ti m es. The contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Supervisor at USAFE/A6 Contract Manage m ent Office, (USAFE A6/A6XR), i m m ediately of any significant deviation of site, function, equip m ent, or w or k load from the Perfor m ance W o r k State m ent (P W S). The U SAFE A6 provides the com m and r e liable and responsive communications and knowledge-based operations capabilities a c ross the full spectrum of operations through strategic-level direction for USAFE forces; e n suring integrated, responsive, and reliable command and control, intelligence, postal, and deployable communications support. Services shall be provided in various locations to include Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, and Turkey.
