- Wage Determination WD 05-2455 (Rev - 16) dated 30 Dec 2014 QASP VASS Attachment J-B1 Attachment J-L3 Attachment J-L2 Attachment J-L1 Solicitation HQ0034-15-R-0006 Washington Headquarters Services RRMC Base Operations and Support Services Washington Headquarter Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation (HQ0034-14-R-0163) in order to locate a qualified contractor, which can provide Base Operations and Support Services for RRMC and its outlying facilities. The main "Site" facility is located near the city of Fairfield in Adams County, PA. This is a competitive is set aside for Certified 8(a) offerors only. In order to be considered for award, an offeror must be a certified 8(a), prior to the closing date of the solicitation. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561210 (Facilities Support Services). The solicitation will be awarded as a single award - firm fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract. The geographic locations where the work will be performed will be at the WHS RRMC locations in Adams County, PA and its outlying facilities as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offerors shall refer to the RRMC Base Operations and Support Services solicitation and its attachments, for detailed information regarding this requirement. Questions regarding the solicitation must be received by 3:00 PM on 26 May 2015. Proposals must be received by 3:00 pm on 8 June 2015. All contractors shall be ORCA registered http://orca.bpn.gov now (www.SAM.gov). Contractors; in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management; contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.SAM.gov) before a contract can be awarded to your company. Registration may be accomplished at (www.SAM.gov). The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities web-site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. You must register on the FBO site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. When the solicitation is downloaded, it is important to read the solicitation COMPLETELY, as there are milestones that MUST be met by the prospective offeror in order for the proposal to be considered responsive.
