- DD 1423 - CDRL A002 DD 1423 - CDRL A001 Line Item Detail with SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for professional computer scientist and engineer level training to address Digital Radio Frequency Memory (DRFM) device technology, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This serves as notice that the Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Georgia Institute of Technology-Professional Education) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All interested persons that identify to the Contracting Officer their intent and capabilities to satisfy the Government's requirement for commercial services, received by 14 May 2015, 12:00 pm (Noon) EDT, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Reason for Sole Source: Georgia Institute of Technology-Professional Education is the only known provider of the course subject material that is capable of satisfying AF training objectives and possessing the appropriate security clearance. GIT-PE has successfully provided two training courses in the past. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Warner Robins GA 31088). In addition to price, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, taxpayer ID number and completed representation DFARS 252.209-7992. Quotations should be emailed to Becky Cochran (rebecca.cochran@us.af.mil) no later than 14 May 2015, 12:00 pm (Noon) EST. The anticipated award date is 20 May 2015.
