- AMD-04 (5 May 2015) Expanded Instructions to Offerors: 1. The response date/time has been extended one day to 8 May 2015 at 1700 EST. The BOM has been updated to include frequency convertors. If you have already submitted a proposal please submit a revised proposal. 2. All quotes must be submitted electronically to Ryan.T.McWilliams at Ryan.T.McWilliams@usace.army.mil by 1700 PM EST on 8 May 2015. Please also submit a carbon copy with all attachments to the CENAP Power Team at CENAP-Powerteam@usace.army.mil and to Contracting Officer Ms. Chantay N. Lynch at Chantay.N.Lynch@usace.army.mil. 3. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM may be accessed via the internet at www.sam.gov. Registration is free. 4. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 5. This solicitation is for "name brand or equivalent". If submitting equivalent items you must include a cut sheet to show technical acceptability. 6. The documents associated with this acquisition can be accessed under the "Additional Documentation" link. If you have trouble accessing/finding the documents, please notify the Contracting Specialist via email at Ryan.T.McWilliams@usace.army.mil as soon as possible. 7.
