- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Therefore, quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400-15-T-0092 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice(DPN)20141113. The FSC code is U099 and the NAICS code is 611420. In accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), the Government is soliciting quotes for the Advanced Adobe Course for Combat Camera, Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan All services, as annotated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), awarded as a result of this RFQ are expected to commence no later than the date specified in the contract award and the SOW. The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible quoter whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Technical Capability and Price. The quotation shall be submitted via email to asami.adaniya.ja@usmc.mil or via fax to 011-81-611-745-0959 NLT 15:00(EST) on 14 May 2015. Quoters must include the name, title, address, and phone number of the individual responsible for inquiries and CAGE, DUNS, TAX ID to the quotation. CLIN0001 Advanced Adobe Course (on-site) CLIN0002 Travel (authorized but not to exceed) *Air Fare *Lodging (tiny_mce_marker.00/night x XX night) *Per Diem (tiny_mce_marker.00/day x XX day) *Transportation *course material shipping(if it's not included in CLIN0001 above) Submission of Quotations Format of Quotations: All quoters technical information shall be submitted in addition to a price quotation. The quotation, submitted in response to this solicitation, shall be formatted as follows. Part I - Price Quotation CLIN0001 Advanced Adobe Course CLIN0002 Travel Related Expense(AirFare/Per Diem including lodging) *Travel related expenses shall be paid in accordance with and will not exceed the Joint Travel Regulations. The contractor shall submit all related receipts along with invoice prior to payment. All other travel expenses not authorized under this CLIN shall not be reimbursed.
