- WDOL 05-2079 (Rev. -16) Request for Quote (RFQ) Price Template Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance (IAW) with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation FA2517-15-T-6014 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-82, as of 7 May 2015. (iv) This procurement is a small business set aside. The NAICS code is 561622, Locksmiths and the size standard is $20.5 Million. (v) Contractor shall utilize the below line item structure when preparing quotes: Price Template is attached; see Attachment 2 (vi) Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, labor and materials necessary to remove and replace the SCIF door located in Bldg 2028, on Peterson Air Force Base (AFB) Colorado, in a manner that will comply with commercial standards, IAW the Statement of Work (SOW) and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations for continuous, safe operations. (vii) Period of performance will be 30 days from contract award. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors/Commercial Items (Apr 2014) applies to this acquisition. 1. The price proposal should include a detailed price for the service proposed. The CLIN structure in Attachment 2 will be used for the price proposal. (ix) FAR 52.212-2(a) Evaluation - Commercial Items (Oct 2014), applies to this acquisition. Quotes will be evaluated based upon lowest price technically acceptable. 1. Price: The Offeror's Price proposal will be evaluated, using one or more of the techniques defined in FAR 15.404, in order to determine if it is fair and reasonable. The contracting officer shall make an integrated assessment of all evaluation factors including price, and determine the best value for the Government. 2. The Government further reserves the right to award without discussion.
