Description

The offerors shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to shoring the existing concrete roof and beams to allow for the demolition of the (2) damaged concrete columns. The concrete columns and associated reinforcing are to be cut at their supports and removed. The resulting exposed support faces are then to be cleaned and prepared down to solid material. New reinforced concrete columns are to be constructed per the original size and location. The project will also demolish the existing entrance ramp and adjacent sidewalk and install a new ADA compliant ramp. In addition, the damaged concrete slab near the storefront doors is to be repaired with grout/bonding agent per manufactures specifications at Bldg. 15 located at PNY Philadelphia, PA.
