Description

Synopsis: Expression of Interest Sought "A notice seeking "expressions of interest "is not a notice for a competitive acquisition. It is an advertisement whose purpose is to gauge potential market interest before making a leasing decision. The Government currently occupies 99 parking spaces in Kansas City, Missouri that will be expiring. The Government requires 99 parking spaces. The lease term requirement is for a total of ten (10) years with termination rights after five (5) years with a 90 day notice. The parking spaces must be available for occupancy by November 1, 2015. The delineated area is within a 1/8 mile radius of 4801 Linwood Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64128. Other applicable requirements include the following features: "Outside the 100 year flood plain "Fully Serviced The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Governments requirements. "Address of the available parking spaces "Rentable parking spaces available, and expected rental rate per parking space, fully serviced. "Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount if any. "Date of parking space availability "Ownership information "List of parking space services provided The Governments decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
