Description

Redacted Limited Source Justification for FA3016-15-T-0012 Dell PowerEdge Maintenance Service THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD ON GSA AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. The 502d Contracting Squadron (502 CONS) at Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston intends to enter into a contract with Dell Federal Systems L.P (CAGE:3XAU1). This is a sole-source fixed price contract for one year of o n-site and telephone support from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for hardware and software services for five Dell PowerEdge Servers that supports Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC). The Government intends to award under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a) only one source is capable of providing the supplies/service. See redacted Limited Source Justification attached. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The proposed contract action is for a period of performance for 15 June 2015 to 14 June 2016.
