- U.S. GOVERNMENT SOLICITATION #4CA1228 Expressions of Interest Sought The U.S Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in West Sacramento, California, that will be expiring. State: California City: West Sacramento Delineated Area: *North : Reed Avenue to Sacramento Avenue to 6th Street to C Street. * South: I-80 Business Route (Capitol City Freeway) * East: 3rd Street to Riverfront Street to Mill Street to 5th Street * West: Riverside Parkway to Stillwater Road to Reed Avenue to I-80 (Eisenhower Freeway) Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,008 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): One (1) reserved, plus additional to meet code Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Additional Requirements: *Offered space must be contiguous on a single floor. *Space preferred to be on ground floor, however may be considered if higher floors are served by two (2) functioning elevators at all times. *Space must allow efficient use, including configuration (space shall be no more than twice as long as it is wide); and size, number and placements of columns (columns must be at least 20 ft. from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2 ft. square. *Janitorial services to be provided between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. *Lessor to provide TI Allowance per Request for Lease Proposal. Interested Respondents should include Building Owners, or if a Broker, please include the Exclusivity Agreement/Representation Letter/ or Listing Contract granting the exclusive right to represent the building by the Building Owner, in your Expression of Interest. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 - year flood plain. The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
