Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Jacksonville is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of small business contractors capable of providing Antenna Test Range Upgrades per the attached Draft Statement of Work. This requirement will be in support of the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), Jacksonville, FL. All small businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government ™s best interest. This office anticipates award of a contract on or about September 01, 2015. The appropriate NAICS Code is 334515, Radar Testing Instruments, Electric, Manufacturing, which has a size standard of 500 employees. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an award. A draft PWS is attached for reference only. It is requested that interested small businesses submit to the Contracting Office a brief capabilities package demonstrating ability to complete the requested work. This document shall address, as a minimum the following: (1) Company profile to include number of employees, office location(s), DUNS number, CAGE code and a statement regarding small business designation and status; (2) Partnership agreements with any large businesses. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. (3) A list of all current GSA/VA scheduled contracts (if applicable) To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions will NOT be returned. Please provide your response to this sources sought notice by 3:00 p.m. EST on 22 May 2015. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government does not intend to host an information exchange meeting to discuss this Sources Sought with interested potential respondents.
