- Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition - Boston College CWF The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) intends to enter into a Sole Source Contract using the procedures in FAR Parts 6 and 13 with The Board of Trustees for Boston College for membership in the Center for Work and Family's (CWF) Workforce Roundtable. The period of performance is May 15, 2015 through May 14, 2016 and contains four (4) one-year option periods. This membership will give the CFPB access to a network of expert practitioners, Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 corporations, government agencies, global consultants and business schools contribute a stream of constantly evolving information, the best of which is organized, analyzed and shared with members through its communities, research, education and events. Boston College Center for Work & Family is considered a global leader in work-life integration, flexibility, well-being, and diversity & Inclusion. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(a)(2)(b)(1)(i), Only one responsible source. The applicable NAICS code is 813920 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 million. The Product Service Code, (PSC) is U005 for Tuition, Registration, and Membership Fees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, all quotes received by 9:00 A.M. EST on May 14, 2015 shall be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Evidence must be provided of ability to perform the requirement. Responses to this notice, if any, must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government. A Firm Fix-priced contract will be issued using FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov; offerors must also obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and provide it with the offer.
