Ft. (ABOA): 6200 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6800 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 39 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 8 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Location must be within a five-minute response time to the Massport Maritime / Conley Terminal Offered space must meet Government requirements for energy efficiency, fire & life safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully-serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Scaled floor plan with offered area identified. Rentable square feet (RSF) available, and expected rental rate per RSF fully-serviced. ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA Square Foot, fully-serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state that amount. Date of available space. Building ownership information. Amount of parking available on-site, cost per space, and whether the cost is included in the shell rate. Preference will be given to buildings that are currently Energy Star compliant. Buildings which are not currently Energy Star compliant will be expected to be compliant at occupancy. Buildings will be expected to continue to improve features to minimize energy consumption.
