- This is a special notice not a request for either a quote, proposal, or an invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to obtain industry comments and knowledge only for the purpose of assessing the availability of qualified sources. The 5 th Contracting Squadron, Minot AFB ND is seeking sources for the procurement and installation of a Qubica Bowling Scoring Upgrade System. The NAICS code is 713950. This procurement may be unrestricted. Responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought notice, and if the Government still plans to proceed with the acquisition, a solicitation announcement will be published in the Fed Biz Ops. No solicitation is currently available. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for future synopsis/solicitation as they will not be notified. The contractor would provide the Qubica V10 Ultimate Bowling Scoring System and be responsible for labor, materials, and equipment to complete the installation of the Qubica V10 BES X Ultimate Bowling Scoring System. Offerors having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought including commercial market information and company information via e-mail or facsimile (701-723-6935) to A1C Ryan Nichols at ryan.nichols.11@us.af.mil or no later than 19 May 2015.
