Per FAR 6.302-5 a J&A is not required for this award. Project includes construction of two cast in place concrete retaining walls. Project also includes removal of existing retaining walls. Exposed surfaces of the retaining wall shall be faced with quote mark treated plywood. Drainage grading will be required to prevent surface runoff from becoming trapped behind the wall or in the shooting range. An underground electrical line runs near the project to a transformer, but is not expected to interfere with construction.
