- Request for Quotation #NNK15538997R is being cancelled in order to change the source selection process to a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process for the Phase I effort, and, as a result, include the requirements for acceptability, and the implementation processes for the Phase I and Phase II efforts.The source selection process for the Phase II effort is anticipated to utilize a Tradeoff Process. We anticipate issuance of a new Request for Quotation within the next one to two weeks.
