- The Department Of Defense,Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Enterprise Information Technology Services Directorate (EITSD). intends to award a firm fixed price contract. a. This requirement is for comprehensive Microsoft Premier Support (MPS) Services for all equipment supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) networks and its mission. The contractor shall provide reliable automated information systems services and support to OSD according to the tasks listed below. The EITSD has identified minimum support requirements with optional requirements that shall be exercised as required. Microsoft will provide Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) for gathering requirements, plans, architecture, design, development, testing, and employment of MS technologies throughout the EITSD network. MCS shall assist with implementation of MS solutions rapidly and with measureable results and will work with EITSD project teams to achieve the adoption, deployment, and use of MS solutions. The contractor t also will provide Premier Support Services (MPS) and Designated Support Engineering in Platform Technologies, Systems Management Technologies, Messaging Technologies and Problem Resolution. Services include (but are not limited to) the following: Task One (1) Microsoft Premier Support (MPS)  Support Account Management (SAM)  Problem Resolution Support (PRS)  Support Assistance  US National (US NAT) Program  Information Services  Designated Support Responsive Services Optional Task Two (2) Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS)  ICE Application  Application Modernization  Enterprise Architecture -  Architecture Design: b. Minimum contractor requirements include: (1) Top Secret Facilities Clearance (2) This work requires contractor's to have a Top Secret Facility clearance and the personnel proposed to have a current (i.e. active) TS clearance (from any agency) on day one of the contract. EITSD will not sponsor companies for this requirement. The Government intends to issue the solicitation this week with proposals due by 11:00 AM Eastern time 13 May 2015. The solicitation will be under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) with a size standard of $25.5 million. This solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities web-site (FBO.gov). Once the Solicitation is posted, interested parties are responsible for reviewing this site frequently for any updates/ amendments to any and all documents; and verifying the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for proposals. All offerors shall be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) See attached draft documents pending release of the solicitation.
