Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in part FAR 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO(http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00124-15-T-0244. This RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-82 Effective May 7, 2015 and DFARS Change DPN 20150420. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 611430 and the Small Business Standard is $11 Million. Government intends to award a Sole Source Purchase order to the small Business Ignitiate as they are the provider of the ignitiate program (the ENGAGEMENT ) and sole provider. The Government will award a Small business sole Source firm fixed Priced Purchase order. The Naval War College (NWC), Newport, RI has a requirement to acquire the Ignitiate program. Contractor will specifically taylor the Engagement for a three and half day effort to Support a focused, high-energy three and one-half day effort by members of SSG 34 using design thinking to mature SSG concepts; apply innovative techniques such as new product development to support the synthesis of nearly 100 concepts into a functional talent management system; apply available entrepreneurship and branding techniques to communicate the SSG concepts to Navy leadership; and generate presentations providing tangible, actionable output including roadmaps to implement the concepts. The period of Performance shall be from May 22, 2015 through July 31, 2015 with a Engagement held on May 29-31, 2015.
