Amendment 0003 to reopen solicitation and to change SubCLINs 0001AB, 1001AB, and 2001AB Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite and SubCLINs 0002AD, 0002AF, 1002AD,1002AF, 202AD, and 2002AF Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5-15% to add the following - Manufacture date can be no more than 10 days prior to delivery. Manufacture date must be provided at time of delivery. 5/11/2015 - Amendment 0003 posted to re-open the solicitation in order to change SubCLINs 0001AB, 1001AB, and 2001AB Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite and SubCLINs 0002AD, 0002AF, 1002AD, 1002AF, 202AD, and 2002AF Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5-15% to add the following - Manufacture date can be no more than 10 days prior to delivery. Manufacture date must be provided at time of delivery Vendors who submitted a quote prior to the initial closing date and time can either submit a revised quote by the new closing date and time or submit an email with a signed copy of amendment 0003 and the quote as submitted remains unchanged.
