REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION The Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) is seeking a charter vessel and towed camera system to participate in a priority research project relative to the deep sea coral off the northeast coast. This project is in the third of three (3) years of work that is being funded by NOAA's Deep Sea Coral Research and Technology Program in the northeast, as part of a larger national focus on the nation's coral and sponge resources. The vessel and towed camera system chartered will be involved in conducting an imaging survey of deep sea corals and sponges in the Gulf of Maine.
