- U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Institution P.O. Box 38 Fort Dix, New Jersey 08640 May 11, 2015 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI, FORT DIX is issuing this pre-solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE (MEAT ITEMS). The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311612, FOR MEAT ITEMS. Delivery dates will begin on JULY 1, 2015 (exact dates shown within the solicitation). ALL deliveries "MUST" be scheduled and will be made to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI, FORT DIX, 5805 Hartford Street, Fort Dix, NJ 08640. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote is conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. The solicitation will be made available on or about MAY 11, 2015, and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, award letter and low bid quote will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The date for RETURN of Quote(s) is May 26, 2015 2:00pm, Eastern Time; however, this is a projected estimate and quoter(s) should refer to Page 1 of the solicitation for the actual date quotations are due. QUOTERS are always expected to deliver the product on time as agreed, deliver the precise quantity requested, submit the invoice at the exact prices quoted, and only after full delivery.
