- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICTAION; no award will be made as a result of this request. This sources sought is for informational purposes only; this is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). All interested parties are encouraged to respond to this Sources Sought Notice. The Government will not pay for information and materials received in response to this posting and is in no way obligated by the information received. GENERAL INFORMATION: Incumbent: Ruehlin Associates Contract Number: W91WAW-10-C-0083 End date: 16 September 2015 This NOT A RQEUST FOR PROPOSAL. Companies who desire to participate in this market survey are encouraged to submit a white paper which supports the company's claim that is presently has the technology qualification, and capability to satisfy one or more of the performance and technical objectives described in the attached draft PWS (located under additional information, additional documentation). The following questions should be answered within the white paper response: 1.What socioeconomic category does the company fall under? 2.Would you intend to be a Prim or Sub? 3.Which part of the PWS would you subcontract? Please estimate the maximum percentage of the overall requirement which your organization could perform with in house resources. Consider the language at FAR 52.219-14(c) - Limitations on Subcontracting. 4.Provide a statement or explanation of the company's background, technical expertise, experience, staffing, and other capabilities that demonstrate the company's ability to perform the stated services and requirements. What is your team's knowledge and experience with training in the following areas: a.Pre-separation counseling b.Resume preparation c.Individual transition planning d.Employment assistance; and e.Personal financial planning 5.Would FFP be a reasonable contract type for this requirement? If not, which type do you recommend and why?
