The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Houston, TX Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Starting at the intersection of Interstate 45 and FM1960, traveling east on FM1960 and stopping at the intersection of FM1960 and Hwy 59/Interstate 69. Eastern Boundary: Starting at the intersection of FM 1960 and Hwy 59/Interstate 69, traveling south on Hwy 59/Interstate 69 and stopping at the intersection of Hwy 59/Interstate 69 and FM 525. Southern Boundary: Starting at the intersection of Hwy 59/Interstate 69 and FM 525, traveling west and stopping at the intersection of FM 525 and Interstate 45. Western Boundary: Starting at the intersection of Interstate 45 and FM 1960, traveling south on Interstate 45 and stopping at the intersection of Interstate 45 and FM 525. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,119 Maximum Sq. Ft.
