Please note, in accordance with 31 U.S.C. 5136, no provision of law governing procurement or public contracts are applicable to the procurement of goods or servics necessary for carrying out the United States Mint programs and operations. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) or PROPOSAL (RFP). This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. This announcement is strictly intended for market research and shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation, or commitment by the government. The U.S. Mint at West Point anticipates the need for the following items: 1) Titralab 865 Titration Workstation 2) SAC 850 Auto Sampler Interested parties that are able to meet this requirement should express their interest by responding to Andrew Redfern via email at aredfern@usmint.treas.gov with the following information: 1) Company name and address 2) Company DUNS and CAGE Code 3) Company point of contact, telephone, and email address 4) Do you have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov)?
