Store Visit PWS Attachment E Store Visit PWS Attachment BB Store Visit PWS Attachment AA Store Visit PWS Attachment D Store Visit PWS Attachment C Store Visit PWS Attachment B Store Visit PWS Attachment A Store Visit PWS Store Visit Questionnaire Store Visit RFP The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) seeks a Contractor to support SNAP's Nationwide Store On-Site Visits. The purpose of the SNAP on-site store visits is to supplement FNS' ability to visit retail businesses that are applying or renewing their applications to accept SNAP benefits. The Contractor will be collecting data and taking pictures of retail businesses that are applying to accept SNAP benefits. The Contractor shall furnish, for the basic contract and each individual task order issued thereunder, all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, supervision, and quality control, necessary to perform the required services to conduct SNAP Nationwide Store on-site visits. The contract duration will be a base period of 12 months from the date of award with four 12 month option periods with an additional 6-month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 to be exercised at the Government's discretion. The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service's (FNS) anticipates awarding a Single Award Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Task orders awarded under this IDIQ contract shall be performance based, firm fixed price or hybrid time and material as required. The contract will have a guaranteed minimum of $1,000,000.00 with a maximum estimated value of Not-to-Exceed $23,000,000.00 for the life of the contract. The estimated execution per year for planning purposes is approximately $4,000,000.00. This is for planning purposes only and is NOT guaranteed. The procurement will be solicited using trade-off methodology as outlined in FAR Part 15 Contracting By Negotiation. Tradeoffs will be made between the non-price factors and price. The Government contemplates award of one firm fixed price IDIQ contract resulting from this solicitation. Individual task order pricing will be based on pre-established prices. It is the responsibility of interested parties to regularly check the website (www.fbo.gov) for posting of the solicitation and its subsequent amendments (if applicable). The Government is anticipating significant subcontracting opportunities with this procurement.
