Description

Floor plan Pictures RFQ This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Anticipated award date: 10 das after close of solicitation. Quotes are to be received no later than 1:00pm on 26 May 2015. Email quotations (preferred) will be accepted to crystal.d.life@fletc.dhs.gov. Wage determination: General Decision Number: GA 150172 dated 01/01/2015. Scope of Work: Contract is to provide all labor, materials and equipment to install roll-up garage doors to replace the residential style garage doors currently in place in the small scenario rooms in the Danis City Use of Force Complex. See attached SOW for more details. Performance period: Work is expected to commence NLT 10 days after award is made, this time is alloted to ensure proper access to the FLETC. Site visit is scheduled for 20 May, 2015 at 1:00pm. Contracts should contact the contracting officer via email to be added to the vistors list for access. Vendors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) prior to close of this solicitiation. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The contractors SAM registration must in in an "ACTIVE" status prior to award. Also, the listed NAICS code must be listed on their SAM registration to perform this type of service.
