- To further assist you in your review of the Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) and HCaTS SB solicitation, GSA will be offering a Virtual Industry Meeting offering. This Virtual HCaTS Pre-Solicitation Meeting will include an overview of the acquisition strategy, key points of the solicitation, and evaluation criteria by the HCaTS contracting team, followed by a question and answer session with industry. This event will be held virtually on Wednesday, May 27th EDT using Adobe Connect from 1:00PM - 3:00PM EDT. Registration will close at 5:00PM EDT on Monday May 25th, or when capacity is reached for the virtual event.
