- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91ZRS-15-Q-A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. NAICS code is 451140, with size standard of $11 Million. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81. The Connecticut Army National Guard, has a requirement for sound upgrades. Please look at the attachment for a list of the equipment. The minimum salient characteristics that an equal item must meet to be acceptable are included as an attachment. All equipment must be new and conform to all applicable standards and specifications and include Operation and Maintenance Manuals (manuals must include: schematics; installation wiring diagrams; bill of materials; spare parts list; and operation and maintenance instructions). The acquisition will be FOB Destination with Delivery and Acceptance point at the Camp Hartell, 580 North Street, Windsor Locks, Connecticut 06096. Delivery date shall be within 30 days of receipt of order. Descriptive literature is required with your offer. Descriptive literature must be of the type and detail sufficient to allow for a determination of compliance with the solicitation, evaluation of equality with the specified product, the terms of any expressed warranty, price and delivery times.
