The Government requires the ability to control access to its space at the lobby level of the building with a security guard and magnetometer. This location has been designated as an FSL III facility. 1st floor floorplates must be a minimum of 23,000 SF, all other floorplates must be a minimum of 20,000 SF, and space offered above the ground floor of a building must be serviced by a minimum of two (2) elevators. This location will house 300 permanent staff as well as training space for up to 200 additional people; therefore, it is critical that parking be available within a walkable ¼ mile of the building at a minimum ratio of 5.5/1,000 RSF and the building must be a walkable ½ mile to a public transit stop. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
